Service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Next Stop Poland. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account or purchase credits.

An account is created when you complete a credit order. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate details, keep your password confidential (minimum eight characters) and remain responsible for all activity performed under your account.

• One credit costs 0.10 EUR. Other currencies are converted at the live reference rate shown at checkout.
• The minimum purchase is 50 credits. There are no subscriptions, trials or demo accounts.
• Each service consumes a fixed number of credits, shown before you confirm the service.
• Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside the platform.

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. After you place an order, the account details are sent to your email address and your credits are released once the transfer is received. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not yet available.

Promotional codes apply only to the order on which they are entered, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. The first-registration code grants a 5% discount on a single order.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload and confirm that you have the right to use them. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the services you requested.

Styling results produced for you may be used for personal and commercial purposes. Recommendations are creative suggestions, not professional, medical or financial advice, and are produced by automated systems that may occasionally be inaccurate.

Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund of consumed credits.

We aim for continuous availability but may suspend the platform for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. This agreement is governed by Polish law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
