01

Who this applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses Next Stop Poland, whether browsing collections, taking the style quiz or spending credits on a service.

02

Photographs and consent

Upload only photographs of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit permission. Never upload images of minors, and never upload images you do not have the right to use.

03

Prohibited content

  • Sexual, explicit or otherwise degrading imagery.
  • Content that harasses, defames or impersonates another person.
  • Hateful, violent or extremist material.
  • Copyrighted or trademarked material you are not authorised to submit.

04

Prohibited behaviour

  • Producing misleading likenesses or deepfakes of real people.
  • Reselling or redistributing platform access, credits or generated services as your own product.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk requests against the platform.
  • Attempting to bypass credit accounting, promotional limits or security controls.

05

Fair use of credits

Credits are intended for genuine styling work on a single account. Sharing one account across an organisation, or automating requests to exhaust promotional pricing, is not permitted.

06

Reporting

If you believe a photograph or generated look breaches this policy, contact us through the contact page with as much detail as possible. We review every report.

07

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend the account or terminate it permanently. Serious cases are reported to the competent authorities. Credits already consumed are not refunded when an account is suspended for a breach.
